(Pole) Dry use. This variety was a chance outcross in Ontario seed saver Frances Thorn’s 2014 garden. She notes about this variety,

“Beautiful, roundish black bean with unusual light grey markings reminiscent of a starry sky. Appeared in my garden in 2014, an outcross which has been repeatedly grown and selected for colour and pattern, now stable. 5 or 6 per pod, easy to shell. Use dry.” (ON TH F, Seeds of Diversity)
