(Sugar Snap) Sold in the late 1900s by Semences Laval in Quebec. Our original source has grown these peas since 1988. Géant Sucré was dropped from the Semences Laval seed catalogue around 1989-90 around the time it was bought by W.H. Perron. (Seeds of Diversity, QC WA M)
