Famille Ferland / St-Ange De Beauce
(Pole) This variety is from René Paquet, who received his original seeds in 2004 from seed saver Gérard Parent. According to Mr. Paquet, the Famille Ferland variety originates with Mrs. Carmelle Ferland of St-Ange de Beauce, Quebec. In 2001 Mr. Parent received his original seeds from Mrs. Ferland when she was the age of 82, and continued to pass them on. (QC PA R, 2024)
