(Pole) The name Or du Rhin translates to “Rhine Gold”‘”. This variety possesses large stringless yellow pods that will remain tender if forgotten and left overdue. The taste of this variety is buttery, rich, and meaty. ¹ The pods are to be harvested when they turn pale. ² Similar to, and often cited as being, the same variety as ‘Merveille de Venise’. ^{1, 3, 4, 5, 6}
